Credentials welcomes a new attorney James (“Jim”) Meara, Esq. to their staff. Jim comes to Credentials with an unending work ethic established during his undergraduate study at Colgate University, where he excelled in his academics and on the football field. Jim went on to excel at Suffolk University Law School, bringing his competitive approach to life to his law school studies.
Following law school Jim worked in the New York City area advocating for his clients in employment matters. Throughout that time, Jim created strong bonds with his clients and attained positive results.
He now comes to Credentials with the goal of helping his friends, family and future clients achieve the best possible results in their real estate transactions. He plans on accomplishing this goal by assisting them in understanding and negotiating contracts that assure the best possible outcome and protecting them from possible litigation.
